York Towne is a wonderful community that offers spacious homes at a very reasonable price.  York Towne is currently undergoing numerous changes.  We are now professionally managed by Real Estate Associates out of Durham, NC, and there is a completely new staff in the leasing office.  Management sincerely values the residents.  We have many community events planned for the residents as well as a pizza night each month.  We look forward to seeing residents, receiving feedback from them on ways to improve our community as a whole, and each and every resident concern is addressed within 24 hours.
